Terms & Conditions


We accept orders via our website, through email and phone call.   For phone call orders, a confirmation email will be sent to you prior to processing your order to ensure that order information is correct.


We understand that you may want to change your order or wish to cancel your order. Do give us cancellation / changes notice at least 1 days before the delivery date. We do not give refunds but will give in-house store vouchers for cancelled orders for future purchases. To cancel a delivery, please email at floral@thebloomyard.com.  For special custom-made orders, cancellations have to be made at least 5 day before delivery and we will give you an in-house store voucher for any deposits made.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars. We accept payments via:

–  Paypal (Visa/Mastercard)

–  Bank Transfers to DBS Current Acc 003 954555 0


We only deliver in Singapore. Our normal delivery hours are:

Mon to Sat: 9am – 6pm

Delivery fee of $15 applies to your orders for a 1 time single location delivery make during normal hours.

There will be an additional surcharge on top of the normal delivery fee for the following conditions:

  1. Delivery outside of normal delivery hours – $10 per location
  2. Delivery to restricted areas – $15 per location
    1. Sentosa Island
    2. Changi Airport Area
    3. Tuas Area/Jurong Island
    4. Sembawang Shipyard
    5. Army Camps

No Recipient – In the event that the receiver is unavailable to accept the delivery, we will call for permission to leave the delivery with a neighbour, the reception or at guard’s office. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages to our delivered items.

Re-delivery – Should we require to do a re-delivery, an additional fee of $15 may be applied to your order. This also extends to delivery to a wrongly informed address by the customer.


During this pandemic period we will not be doing deliveries to hospitals, we thank you for our understanding.
